    I bought my mats from Hyundai and they fitted them – about £50 – I haven’t seen other mats from Amazon etc but the reviews were not great – pleased with the mats – easy to take out and bang on a wall to get most of the dirt off – some have had them for free some have had money off etc – but I haven’t heard of any complaints.

    I think it is more than reasonable to ask for an update monthly – I did mine by email – my dealer always replied even if it was same as last month – be polite but firm – it is there job to keep you informed – I wouldn’t be rude but I wouldn’t put up with any nonsense either – they are not doing you a favour – not sure about the order number I know there is a 1011 number which you can use to ask Hyundai – not sure of the position now – you used to be able to ask Hyundai – then they changed it to – ask your dealer – either way a monthly request for any updates is perfectly reasonable – good luck ?
