Thank you for this – I have been paying £37.50 for broadband and 700 minutes of calls with BT.
After seeing this thread I went onto BT online chat and spoke to a lovely young lady who extricated me from the 24 month contract I signed 2 months ago and waived all fees.
She also confirmed my benefits status by NINO with DWP, then offered me a £15 (29-36mbps) or £20 (45-50mbps) monthly broadband and unlimited calls package. I chose the higher as I do OU work.
All in all a very easy £17.50 per month saving from reading a Motability forum. Glorious, thanks guys.
