Hi Tillyman and thanks for the reply.

Now if I was to reply to you on my settings and driving style it would be word for word like yours lol. Eco 2 bars, I don’t mind a cold car or warm tbh. I have only used the AC a handful of times and a heat boost to clear the windows. I do however always have my other half in the car and sometimes my 2 kids none of whom are big or heavy and are 12 and 4.

I do believe my bonnet has a fault as I’ve been rubbing other konas lol. There is a fair gap between bumper and bonnet and it must be a wind trap and affecting aero dynamics. As air would hit the bumper it would be directed up onto the underside of the bonnet.

Check your bonnet and see if it’s lined up properly with the bumper as I have checked a few that I have came across and my bonnet definitely sits higher. If I look directly at the joint of top  bumper and front edge of bonnet there is a gap of around 4mm. When I push the bonnet down with a bit of force it goes down about 4mm and sits flush.

I dont want to mention to dealer until I’m sure it’s a fault.
