Our Jazz has a CVT, rox. We had a Qashqai with CVT too, and the Suzuki we tested was CVT. The problem with the Aygo X is partly because it’s underpowered but also the programming of the CVT seems to make no attempt to control the revs. Even at 30mph a gentle acceleration seemed to make the engine overspeed for the circumstances. And it’s a noisy engine with seemingly little sound insulation in the car.
