It was the Council Tax Rebate I was referring to (CTX). My Autistic son’s payment still hasn’t came through. I’ve been backwards and forwards with the council, every time it’s a 20-40min wait to get through on the phone. Latest update was an email saying they have his claim and here’s a reference number, exactly the same email and number we got originally.
Still no sign of my pension credits, I’m about 3 months behind now so around £900 I should have had by now.
I’ve given up ringing them as they just say we can’t tell you but someone will ring you back, never happens 🙁
