its a very old article and the subject has been done to death previously. unfortunately there are those who abuse the scheme and the trust of disabled relatives that they “care for”. because of this a blanket imposition of trackers on those who have multiple drivers and cant drive themselves was deemed the best solution.
personally i dont have a problem with it, as has been said big brother is out there in all sorts of things, insurance companies more and more insist on certain drivers having black boxes, more and more manufacturers are fitting all sorts of tech that feeds back info.
i am not losing any sleep over it.
