I am disabled and got a car within 4 weeks, just not on the scheme and at 0% apr. It’s not discrimination to decline your method of payment, as most dealers don’t accept cash now.
Same for cars that on the scheme you can get one if you order one and wait till it’s delivered. If it’s not on the scheme thats due to mbo not being able to agree the discounts they need and get the cars at.. Tha’s not discrimation. Them not allowing you to order or buying it retail like other customers would be discrimation, not giving you preferential treatment.
