Can anyone tell me if the batteries in a key fob remote are covered by Motability, please? And if so, should I make the request through the car dealer? I have 2 fobs and until recently I only ever used one, but both of them are giving a “low key battery” warning on my dashboard. I find this a bit odd, but I suppose it’s plausible, because the car is 4 years old now. Thank you in advance for any helpful feedback.
Yes they are covered just pop into your dealer and they will replace the batteries.
