I feel you wonky! That sounds wrong.
It’s incredible that they can get away with it. There should be a simple, straightforward process. It’s a mess! I had to play piggy in the middle and without me constantly checking to see if medical letters has been sent / received it still wouldn’t be sorted as letters, emails and fax’s just went “missing”.
