Maybe the dealers are reluctant giving Motability customers info as a lot of them would gladly sell the ordered Motability car to a retail customer if they could.
There is some truth in your post @Elliot. I read a couple of days ago Kia are prioritising online and dealership orders over orders from lease companies, which would include mb. Obviously there is more revenue involved with retail sales than with leasing companies who often get a substantial discount and under the current situation/crisis manufacturers are prioritising retail customers. The problem how long will leasing companies continue to put up with being at the bottom of the pile, as during normal circumstances leasing companies provide a big chunk of manufacturers bread and butter,
