    In this internet age it can’t be that difficult to create a customer accessible database online for us to check on our individual vehicle build dates, transportation, expected delivery date etc…with notes regarding any current delays and how long that’s likely to be for.  (E.g. Factory closed for two weeks due to shortages so no updates expected).
    <p style=”text-align: left;”>It was over a year ago when I ordered mine, and wasn’t through MB…  After owning 50+ used vehicles, I was really disappointed with the whole process of buying brand new and it has put me off doing so again.  However, I’m still keeping my options open until I receive my next award and know whether I have access to Motability or not, as financially and logistically it would the best scheme for me.</p>
