am i right in thinking what ever price i agree to buy the new car at as normally the car tax is included in this price, it should be the agreed price – the first year tax
What ever price you agree to buy the new car at will include a years VED. However once you have negotiated the price you can then remind the salesman the vehicle will be tax exempt (disabled class) and ask for it to be removed from the negotiated price.
Are you thinking of taking the car with its first year VED included and changing the vehicle class status to disabled later on.
