I’ve never been asked my thoughts on motability and we’ve been customers for many years. Who are they asking?
When I was a Motability customer, I used to get the odd customer service survey by e-mail.
I also got one when I left the scheme and ceased to be a customer.
Of course, there is the Motability Dealer feedback link on their website, where you can leave feedback on Motability dealers:

Or you can use their online complaints form, quote ” If you feel our service has fallen below the standard you expect we would like to hear from you so we can put things right as quickly as possible”.
