Wigwam is correct.
Try the following re-set:
Hold button down manually until window is fully down. Release button. Press button down again for a few seconds.
Now manually lift button until window is fully up. Release button. Lift button up again for a few seconds.
This allows the car to re-learn the maximum open and shut points.
Repeat with remaining window.
Test by using one shot facility up/down.
