SV – just to further clarify my last post, I was explaining the situation as it applies to a normal correct Motability order, should the customer have a change of mind. In your case, even if you paid a deposit and the cost of options, you did so for a different vehicle than has been supplied, so you are legally entitled to a full refund and the dealer cannot play hard ball over this. A dealer cannot claim a breach of contract when they haven’t honoured the contract themselves!
