I was thinking that 3 years ago when I ordered, we had the X Trail, Rav4, X1, Tiguan, Kodiaq, Arona, CX5, Sportage, Tucson and Kuga etc. Now we have just the latter 2 with AP´s running into 000´s. I agree, when I first joined the scheme, I considered the choice of cars and prices to be fantastic but with hindsight the AP´s were high. Now I am more discerning. The scheme is particularly limiting for the under 25´s and those who need a large car to store a wheelchair. However, today we decided to go visit a couple of local shops and were struck by the numerous gaps in the shelves. There is a shortage of just about everything.
Agreed. We have all our shopping delivered, including food, and the shortages of late have defied logic. This mornings Tesco delivery (picked from one of their major superstores) was missing Heinz Baked Beans! The reason? No idea. Take your pick from Tesco logistics cock up, distribution staff industrial action, chip shortages, Brexit, Omicron related panic buying or perhaps a combination of those!
