There’s a reason why dealers treat us like crap and lower class customers sometimes. It’s not because we’re disabled and they hate disabled people. It’s because their profit from motability is so low because they use their weight to lean on the manufacturers. Motability just aren’t passing that discount to us. If you’re stuck in a corner like most of these dealers are, you’re not going to be so happy.
Even if motability took a 1k cut to their profits to give £700 extra to the manufacturers and £300 to the dealers, I guarantee we’d have a far smoother experience.
