Ahhh BP Pulse, sets the heart racing….for all the wrong reasons.
They finally got back to us after 5 months to say they needed photos to prove we had a driveway. Wife sent the two photos of the driveway we had already sent, pointing out the large gate in the photo shows clearly that its a driveway. She also pointed out that as we had not heard from them since early June we had sourced a chargepoint from another supplier and they can shove their antiquated unit up their own socket.
Back on topic….our Viridian unit has a key to lock it off, but as others have said, it’d be a pretty bold thief who drove into your driveway & plugged their car in for the several hours it would take to get a meaningful charge.
