Yes that idiot arguing with you crazy , I think there are good & bad ,but mercedes don’t seem to want keep customers informed.
I ordered in June 2021 ,I’ve now had responce from mercedes me app,saying the approx delivery date for car ordered is MAY JUNE 2022,that’s 13 months ,I’m not sure what I will do.
