We have been on the scheme since 1990 and it’s far far worse than ever it was bad enough back then, this time around we were even subject to abuse by a dealer principal (they don’t like the word manager they feel they are more like masters) who said and I quote “You people are all the same” so what do you think he meant?. Make no mistake there are good and bad all out to make a profit, as they should, but as a customer extract every last piece of respect you can from them, if not walk away some of our best experience have been hundreds of miles away.
