Hi Laura, this often happens when a model is phased out and a new one is introduced.
The 2022 model will be more than a facelift, it’s a revised model based on the new Hyundai Tucson.
I doubt the new Sportage will be on the scheme in time for you to get one in February.
I haven’t looked to see if the Tucson is still on the scheme but if it is then it may be worth a look.
