Thanks for info Gary, I shall see what happens when BP Pulse get’s in touch. It will be a while (next March thereabouts) before I get my ID4 so it may be sometime before I hear anything.
If it looks like I will have to pay extra to BP for a non standard install I may just get an independent in to give me a quote and forgo the (“Free) MB install). It may well not cost that much more than any extras to pay BP, + their wall unit is not that well regarded and their service is atrocious if the reviews are to be believed.
