Yeah.. EV isn’t going to happen in that case. Gotta love douchebag neighbours though. Couldn’t you just apply for, well, a garden (mental health) at the front, like a grass patch – and have the kerb dropped?
That said, if you’re #1 on the list for a bungalow, it probably wouldn’t be smart to apply for the charger anyway, since that’s a one-off. Once you move, you can take the charger with you, but you’d still need to pay for having it fitted (and that by itself can be proper expensive).
