That’s fair, without a driveway, an EV is a non-starter. Regardless of disability, in my opinion. It’s a pre-requisite to be able to actually live with it.
I don’t know to what lengths you have gone, but you could apply for a disabled facilities grant from the government, if you can find the argument that it helps with your disability. I don’t know your situation, but the option exists.
