We had same issue with kf I was in a fuel station got a puncture heard it happen kf was round corner they said at first that they couldn’t do it as I didn’t have appointment luckily my husband was with me asked to speak to manager at first he said same but our argument was how did we know we were gonna pick up a puncture on that day so we also said we would ring the rac out but by that time they’re was flat so couldn’t drive from their car park lol they soon repaired it
