ajn in the distant future all cars on the scheme will be BEVs, In the future all cars on the scheme will be EVs but in the meantime we have to deal with what’s available. Certainly there are many on the scheme who don’t have an ev partly because they can’t afford one partly because they can’t charge at home and partly because there isn’t an ev that meets their needs.
There are no “them and us” on the scheme only “us” we all have greater problems than fighting about the difference between EVs and ICE cars but it’s essential to let people know what the future will bring together with the benefits and pitfalls of running an ev. So when I, or anyone else, posts a thread relating to EVs it’s not to get at people who don’t want or can’t afford an EV it’s just information which all of us will need in the long run.
So let’s not fall out about cars it’s not worth it.
