What I find annoying is any work done on our cars be it tyres, engine, light bulbs etc. is we never get a copy of any work done on the car so just like mushrooms, kept in the dark.
If there’s something we’re not happy with the car and approach the Motability contractors there is no record of our concerns.
Scenario? I go to the dealer and tell them my car is using a lot of engine oil, dealer tops up engine and tells me nothing wrong and I’m on my way but two days later the engine seizes up due to lack of oil.
Guess who would be to blame for that scenario, yep, its we the mushrooms.
Guess who is going to get the mud on there shirt for four new tyres on a 1 year old car?
