Well, the Skoda Enyaq iV 60 nav is £31,585 with the government grant applied so hopefully Motability will get it on the scheme quickly.
The longer range Skoda Enyaq iV 80 is £38,950, so cheaper than many of the ancient tech fossils that Motability no doubt gets vast discounts on to shift to unsuspecting disabled people whose lungs are suffering from the filthy fumes.
However, please do remember that the charging infrastructure in some places is still atrocious, for instance, I was looking at a drive down to Weymouth, perhaps even West Bay but most of the rapid chargers in the area have faults so it’s a lottery if you’d be calling out the RAC to rescue you or not. Weymouth Lidl’s charger is still working thankfully, but there could be a queue. I’ll wait a few weeks & go on the motorbike I think.
