I can now understand why you retained the standard style X-Line seats, especially for your wife.
I can also relate to your description of the seats in your 5 Series, however, as with most ‘cars’ as opposed to SAV’s and SUV’s access and egress is far easier in some repects as they are of a lower access height. Incidentally, I have chosen ‘comfort’ seats for my X5 order, even though my disability would benefit more from the ‘Sport’ seats option. The fact that the X5 is so high and without the option of a side step, realises that the comfort seat is the better option for accessing and egressing the car.
