I would think it’s unlikely due to the price of the cheapest model being above the arbitrary caps, but this does, yet again, highlight how daft the caps are, because the strong residual value of the Merc would make it a cheaper car to run than, say, a £35k French or Korean car which will suffer enormous depreciation.
I would be very interested in the GLB, but it would need to be the Premium Plus version to have the kit we would want and that’s £41k. The only cars of that sort of price appearing on the scheme at present seem to be electric or hybrid models.
