I emailed them on Friday just gone to ask when a certain car was coming back on the scheme that was removed recently. I have been able to order since December 4th and had a reminder letter from Motability. I said in the email that I knew which car I wanted but it currently isn’t on the scheme due to it having a model update. An hour later, a very nice man from Head Office phoned me at home & said no worries, no idea when the car is coming back onto the scheme… so just keep your current car for up to 6-months more and order the new one as & when it returns onto the Motability list!
