Ever since turkey shot down that russian jet they been getting closer ties with russia and all russia did was tell it’s people to not holiday in turkey, then there’s that gas pipe line to germany that companies now face sanctions from the usa for being part of as they want them to buy usa gas. So it’s not really a surprise turkey is now getting caught for getting closer to russia and the brick/s nations. rather than the UN.

Plus they the usa are in debt by $27 trillion meanwhile Russia is one of the least indebted countries in the world.
