Dave as we suspected things on the scheme had to change, the artificial cap was preventing many PHEV from coming on the scheme. Although these APs are high the option to get one is there. I would prepare yourself for more of this as motability have no other option than to open up the scheme to, in the short term, more expensive PHEV and BEV options.
