One thing that concerns me is where is Mrs T’s Consultant?? He/she is the responsible person for her care.
They should do ward rounds and give orders regarding her care to the Doctors and head nursing staff.
The part you spoke of in an earlier post “Finally managed to get a qualified doctor to see her” who was seeing Mrs T prior to this qualified Doctor?
I hope things are improving for Mrs T and your good self.
