To make going into town more attractive, where as birmingham don’t want traffic going through or across town at all, you gotta go out round the ring road and then back in.. thats was there plan even before covid.. so crazy imo.. which is not gonna change when only ev’s are on the roads.. Seem’s there no real stategy at all or standardisation, which makes it way to complex to use for most people. Maybe they need one lead fits all like a usb lead. imagine going to bp and not being able to fill up because the pump has the wrong adapter, it’s simple but effective.
