Brilliant video, Georgie. Actually covers most of the ground scientifically, and understandably. The issue of nuclear power has raised its glowing head elsewhere here, forget which thread. As I said, I think atomic power is certainly one way forward IF, and only IF, we can do it properly. I.E. with people in charge who are not incompetent, not taking bribes and not giving contracts to the lowest bidder. The waste problem remains. But we really should be looking at the science of managing/neutralising the stuff. If we could find a way of getting rid or it, or making it safe, it would solve many problems. Easy, though risky, way would be to drop it into the sun. But this would involve mega transportation problems. I reckon we ought to be doing much more nuclear research not only for reasons mentioned here. If we think Covid-19 is a problem then what about a Gamma Ray Pulse? They could hit us any time and, as I understand, are totally non-survivable. Know a bit more about them, then we might have a chance.
