Yes I know. And it was right at the beginning of the call. Obviously didn’t help but she was so abrupt and damn right rude on occasions. I recorded most of the call anyway. The lady really needs some customer service training. It also sounded like she was puffing on a cigarette at the same time on a couple of occasions during the call. Now 8 weeks of waiting for the decision.
John my experiences with F2F is that being “abrupt and damn right rude” is one of the qualification you need to become an assessor. ?
