My health having got to the point where I needed a car, I passed my driving test 9(?) years ago at 45 and my first car ever was a 160phb Vauxhall GTC from Motability. So yes, you can order any vehicle on the Scheme and you’ll be fully Insured for it (other than the standard £100 excess, as mentioned by garry).
