Speak to motability, why they did not offer an extension is beyond me. You don’t have to have less than 15k to extend and every time I’ve spoken to motability they have done everything possible to help me. You have not left the house for six months so I’m totally amazed they were not more understanding/helpful/empathetic. Seems very strange to me.
