I think you need to sit in the cars, make vroom vroom sounds, walk around, kick the tyres, and make sure you are wearing a camel overcoat. In all seriousness, I think Mercedes has a particular problem, in that the cars are selling like hot cakes, private and lease, just before lock down, we went to Mercedes World, at Brooklands, where you can play around in all their models, and organise track days, etc, I mistakenly thought that they may have more of an insight, but on enquiring about the CLA, the bloke just raised his eyebrows, and really wasn’t interested, unless I was going to place an order, however, on the other hand, Mercedes in Bromley, couldn’t have more helpful, but the CLA was rare as hens teeth at the time, and the only one we saw in a showroom, was at Mercedes World.
