i had exactly this in mercedes dealer norwich last Saturday
despite an appointment for a B class on arrival a que was there and whilst waiting I could hear as reception called them in they were walk in appointments
when my turn came the receptionist called a salesman who swiftly said if you want to see a car look over the front lot (belting with rain) and everything locked because of CV and the showroom numbers were maxed (because of CV)
after we left I stopped in vauxhall where we normally buy and saw the salesman we normally get from
quick chat I asked him outright Vauxhall for decades been at front of good deals for motability and now almost nothing.
a wry smile and it was mentioned seeing so many vauxhalls in disabled bays not great for the brand
