Tharg, I have the honour of saying that my first car was a Ford Capri 1.6L in Highlands Green with the obligatory vinyl roof (no DelBoy jokes pls).
I used to get asked sooo much how on earth I could drive it given my condition. Thinking back now, I wonder myself.
Even so, it was one of those cars where you think, ‘I wish I could have kept it’.
A local businessman owned a Tickford Capri. I used to drool over it, right up until someone local bought an RS500 Sierra Cosworth. ??
