PIP was rolled out on a regional basis from 8/13/2013.I am not aware of any rule changes made up until the current date,Therefore,Saintsman,it appears that the tribunal that dealt with your appeal,were in fact wrongly informed about the length of award possible they could actually have awarded you.In my opinion you should make enquiries into what steps are still open to you at this stage.
