Good news, one of my friends is a pharmacist and has found one of their branches with a pot of temporary filling gunge in stock (it’s been stockpiled apparently!).
No problems with Tramadol on electronic prescriptions here, just have to sign the naughty box on the back of the prescription when I get them.
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
