Our Citroen dealer struggled to get info on our build, the dates they got was
“order accepted at factory” = ?? God knows
“its built awaiting shipment (at factory gate)” = up to 2 weeks to ship to UK
“its in the UK” = up to 2 weeks to delivery to dealer.
“its t the dealer” = 1-2 weeks to you.
But, as first timer Mobility and with a standard spec car, we managed to swap our order to a factory built car arriving 6 weeks quicker. The colour changed from blue to red, but I wasn’t bothered about that.
