And although I thinks it’s great keeping a breast of the changes and nuances of the scheme – it frustrates me that when I do go to an accredited dealership – 9 times out of 10 I know much more than the ‘Motability Specialist’</p>
the trend of rising AP’s and especially the differential between the baby sis & autism is concerning. Yes the scheme needs due diligence and robust systems in place but the amount of money in reserve by both Motsbility operations & moreso Motsbility Charity are very concerning & more of this money should be invested in grants, lowering AP’s, better training & accreditation for dealerships & a ‘mystery shopper’ programme too.
the cap on car rrp’s and bhp should also be reviewed at least annually
