It’s bound to be a sensitive subject as I said before we are all individuals, some of us are disabled (or not as able as others) and some are carers so we have a different outlook on things.
For me my priority is getting through the day and it’s a good day if I’m well enough to do everything I need too.
My car is essential to me, in as much as I rely on it to get anywhere, keeping it spotless is way down on my list of things I need to do.
If mobility changed the rules so that it penalises the less able it makes a complete mockery of the scheme.
