Just wanted to ask a question about the process. My previous car went for MOT and pictures were taken and then a month later was returned. It seems whatever was noted on the MOT paperwork and pictures was not on the paperwork and in the images when the car was returned. Motability have actually queried this and offered the option to open a dispute. Has anyone had anything similar?
