There they go again with their con of the century “100% renewable energy”? I’m still looking out for one of those filters you put on your electric sockets that filters out all the fossil fuel and nuclear electricity and just leaves 100% renewable. Just suppose there was such a thing, how long in a given 24 hour day would it be for we remove such a filter… about 6 hours at most I would guess, less so in Winter or if I had an EV. ? Now if Shell Energy were to announce tomorrow it’s closing down all it’s oil and gas platforms and wells by the end of the year then yes I would believe their 100% renewable energy providers but until then, pull the other one. Oh I forgot, perhaps Shell are planting a couple of saplings in the Brazilian rain forest to off set carbon. LOL.
I take it you not a fan Chris, at the end of the day the world has a pollution problem, this country has a pollution problem. Companies like Octopus are 100% green energy, but as you say its all mixed up in the system, its not perfect but at least some are trying.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
