One of the other key issues is the disabled free road tax. You cant have tax exemption unless ALL journeys are for the disabled persons benefit.
May seem harsh but having the car at a different address will always raise the issue of adding a tracker to check this. There has been too much fraud in the past of people getting cars for other family members.
